When walking downtown to take pictures, it was really hard for. I wasn’t sure what my subject should be. So I decided to take pictures of things that stood out to me. These funeral stones stood out to me because they were all so close to each other, and they were the same height. Also this red fire hydrant stood out to because everything else in the alley way seemed dull.
After the walk downtown, I wasn’t too pleased with the photographs that I had made during class. So I decided to take a walk one day to the Point, and capture as many photos using depth the field and these are the pictures that I came up with. The first 2 pictures are my favorite, I love photos that have a shallow depth the field I think those are the best photographs to take. My first photograph also created the bokeh effect, which i didn’t even plan to happen, but it makes me love the photograph even more.
Module 3 
This week for motion I decided to capture water. I think it’s one of the hardest things to do, capture it good enough o see the texture and details of it. So I found the closest places that I could find images of water to show motion. Both photographs were taken downtown.
My experience at Frick Park was amazing. I can’t remember the last time I’ve been there but it was nice to go somewhere new, and to be able to take pictures. Although there weren’t too many options of color, I tried to find as many as I could. I think sometimes you can always find the beauty in everything. My favorite would have to be the tree trunk one with the flowers. I love the texture, and the hint of color the flowers add to this photograph. I would describe Frick Park an interesting place to capture trees, it was beautiful.
